Local Fox is made purely from fruit harvested in London - 100% local and no air miles. The fruit we use is donated or rescued from gardens, orchards and parks where it would otherwise be left to rot. We produce bottle conditioned, low-intervention cider, which varies year on year. Each vintage is a celebration of London's unique harvest. All proceeds are used to help us and our volunteers continue to maintain and rejuvenate Londons forgotten orchards and to train communities in orchard.
The Orchard Project is the only national charity dedicated solely to the creation, restoration and celebration of community orchards. We aim to make a serious contribution to a better food system, based on people working together where they live to produce and harvest their own fruit.
