We are a small cuckoo brewery based in The Cotswolds between Cirencester and Stroud. Established in the Summer of 2018 we offer a limited range of Cask and Bottled Ales. Our range includes English and American style Pale Ales, all of which are Certified Gluten Free.
Big River Brew Co started like many breweries from my home brewing passion which has spanned many years. That passion was ignited by a trip to the USA in 2011, to St. Louis, Missouri where I was amazed by the many different types and styles of beers available in most bars. I came back enthused and eager to try and recreate them in my garage.
We chose to brew Gluten Free as a number of customers and friends asked if it was possible and to ensure that a wider audience could enjoy our beers.
