Founded in 2013 to focus on teaching Londoner's how to brew, we found brewing hundreds and thousands of grain bills and hop combinations fast tracked our own brewing education. In 2015 we found a shared brewery site in nearby Loughborough Junction and commercial operations started mid year. Initial success was stifled by the lack of room for expansion but 18 months later with one brewery on site, a new 15 barrel brewery was installed. A Gold Medal was picked up at SIBA Beer X in March 2017 for SE Region for our flagship pale ale Tip Top Citra. With the new brewhouse dialled in and room to expand, production volumes have increased and we're looking forward to getting more creative with specials in the future while being able to keep our regular brews available year round.
