The London Brewing Company started life in 2011 at The Bull in Highgate, a cosy North London brewpub where we first began crafting small-batch cask ales for locals to enjoy on site.
It didn’t take long to outgrow that space, so we moved North, setting up shop at The Bohemia in North Finchley; a spacious, warehouse-style pub that gave us room to expand and evolve.
Today, our 6.5-barrel (1,000L) brewhouse sits right at the back of The Bohemia; visible from the bar, and very much part of the pub. Head Brewer Alex (ex The Kernel and Beavertown) and team brew a wide range of styles across cask and keg, on site at The Bohemia; from modern hoppy beers like our flagship session IPA (Upright) and our California IPA (Beano - current SIBA SE Gold Medal Champion) to more traditional cask styles, brewing for our own bar and many great customers across London and the UK.
