We are Fyne Ales, a Scottish farm brewery. When the Delap family founded our brewery in 2001, their goal was not only to make the best quality beer, but to bring jobs, industry and tourism to our community and our quiet corner of rural Scotland. Weve continued brewing in this spirit ever since. Our remote Argyll location, part of a 4500 acre estate owned by the Delap family for generations, is a key part of who we are. We work in harmony with our environment, drawing brewing water from the hills of Glen Fyne, using solar energy to power our Brewery Tap, and feeding our herds of highland cattle and red deer using spent grain from the brewing process. Brewing in an isolated location means weve had to work a little harder, dig a little deeper and get a little creative over the past sixteen years, but its through our connection with our location, our history, and our community that weve established a strong foundation for brewing flavourful, progressive beers of the highest quality. Its about using where weve come from, what weve learned along the way and where we are now to produce the best possible beers, to innovate, and to grow our community around the world.
