Founded in 2011, London Fields Brewery is based in Hackney in the heart of east London, and was the first commercial brewery to open in the area since the 19th century. The team is proud to produce quality beers for balanced, joyful drinkability with a core line-up brewed to style with a distinctive edge, a notch above the same old, same old. As part of its relaunch in 2018, Head Brewer Talfryn Provis-Evans has brewed a highly sessionable ‘raw’, pils lager entitled Broadway Boss, reworked Hackney Hopster pale ale without skimping on the big-baller hops, and revived 3 Weiss Monkeys, a tropically dry-hopped wheat beer from the London Fields archives.

Come 2019 and now armed with an automated Kasper Schultz brewhouse, water treatment plant, hop dosing units, Hop Rocket, Centrifuge, yeast propagation, dedicated souring tank, Kegging and Canning lines we are creating a host of experimental small-batch beers alongside collaborations with other breweries, the local London Fields community, scientists, artists and all sorts of interesting folk.
