Description

A big hop bomb, with this beer we strived to find a balance between the old school WCIPAs with their massive hop flavours backed up by some bitterness and the more modern softer NEIPAs with their delicious juiciness. To this end we used a large combination of hops that we thought would work in tandem to provide us the balance required. Amarillo and Columbus for some orange/grapefruit pithiness and spicy characters. El Dorado and Mosaic for soft, tropical juice. All this complimented with Centennial and Mandarina Bavaria. This is not one to be missed.
