Description
A summer zinger. A traditional farmhouse Saison showcasing the Citra hop variety with whirlpool addition and dry hopping. This beer is so named after a neighbouring farmer needlessly cut down 23 ancient broadleaf trees simply to improve yield from his crop. We vowed to plant 100 trees in their place.
