SHP05: MOSAIC 6% BREWERY: AMUNDSEN BRYGERRI YEAST: WLP644: BRUX TROIS The Mosaic hop is a great all-rounder. A hybrid of Simcoe and Nugget it can be used for bittering, aroma and dry hopping, so we did all of those. This batch is 10.5% alpha, 3% beta. The Mosaic/644 IPA combo results in huge tropical flavours, and an almost Champagne like bready nose.
