Description
Our latest big hazy IPA is 6.5% hopped with Mosaic, Calypso and Southern Cross. Throwing out plenty of apricot and berry character. Some underlying pineapple and a lovely evergreen pine finish. We wanted to go back to basics and brew some really accessible and flavoursome IPA's with hops that we love. So went out to the coast with our terrific photographer & brewer Steve catching some wonderful images for our next few releases. Aeolus is inspired from the greek mythology classic Homer's Odyssey. Aeolus is the keeper of the winds who gifted favourable winds to Odysseus
