Description
Massively hopped DIPA. For our 5th brew of this big hitter we've gone all the way back to the original recipe now that we're able to get the hops again. Lightly bittered with pungent Waimea NZ hops then heavily dry hopped with Centennial, Chinook, Eldorado and Mosaic and with the addition of Cryopop that really makes it sing, actually it plays a bit of trumpet too then finishes with the full brass band and rhythm section.
