Made in collaboration with J. Wakefield Brewing, with 50% wheat malt in the grist and brewed with British plums, blackberries and Maldon sea salt: Taking part of this beer and storing it in Bourbon Barrels for just under a year, has changed this fantastic sour. Think plum margaritas! Its juicy, sour and creamy, retaining a hint of vanilla, liquor from the casks, with a refreshing salt hit at the end.
