Description
A hoppy yet light IPA at 3.5%, lower than some of the previous in the Ricky Lightfoot patrons project series. We aimed as ever to make the beer super sessionable yet super flavoursome; the malt bill features oats to add body and a touch of Light Munich malt as it provides a light yet full bodied base for a dry hop that combines the huge flavours of Simcoe, Topaz and Mosaic. We opted to increase the whirlpool addition to double what we usually do for our low ABV beers to add depth of flavour and aroma. Expect upfront citrus, tropical fruit and subtle hints of berry.
