You control everything. You decide who can (and can't) order from you, you set all your product details and prices, and you can utilise a full suite of controls for shipping costs, which can be as simple or complicated as you need. You can set the delivery zones, charges, minimum orders and even allow different buyers to see different prices.
No Payment Costs
The portal will take your orders and allow you to accept or reject them, and then you manage the payment process. You can choose to set things up so that as soon as you accept an order the customer is emailed a branded invoice so they can pay directly to your bank account.

*How much is the Direct Sales Portal?
If you start using the Portal before October 2021 you get until the end of 2021 completely free. If you join from October 2021 you are entitled to a 3 month free trial and your three month free period starts only when you have your first sale.
After this it's a simple charge of:
We will collect your portal fees either as a deduction from your platform sales or alternatively if you prefer, via direct debit or credit card. For clarity your standard EeBriaTrade percentage fee (12%) is not applied on orders that you fulfil through your direct ordering portal - this is only applied to normal EeBriaTrade orders.
After this it's a simple charge of:
- 1% of any sales placed on the Portal for the first £10k of sales (so that's a maximum of £100 paid in any month on the first £10,000 of sales);
- then only 0.5% of any Portal sales after that, up to a maximum monthly charge of £300.

Am I committed for a period of time?
No, you can turn the portal on and off whenever you want. If you don't use the portal, you won't be charged, ever.
Do you fulfil the orders?
Any sales on EeBriaTrade will be fulfilled as normal using our EeBriaTrade fulfilment network. Any sales on your Direct Sales Portal must be fulfilled by you.
However we do have our Proof of Delivery tracking system which you can choose to use, for free, to give you and your customers peace of mind on orders and remove the need for delivery paperwork and signatures.

Can I accept/reject orders?
Yes, once an order is placed, you have the option to accept or reject the order. Once you've accepted the order the customer will be invoiced (if you have that option selected).
Can I accept/reject buyers?
Yes, it's up to you who you sell to. If you don't want to sell to somebody, for whatever reason, simply reject their request. You control where you deliver, so you can never accidentally sell to a customer in areas you don't ship to.
Can I charge shipping?
Yes, you can charge shipping on each item, and also for the full order (e.g. £5 / case and £10 for the full order). You can also provide free shipping on large orders. You can be confident the price the customer sees is the correct price for you.
Can I set minimum orders?
Yes, you have complete control. No customer can request orders that don't meet your minimum orders, so there should never be a reason to reject an order!
We've got a great customer that always gets a discount. Can I do this?
Yes, for each user you can define a special discount, so if you've arranged a special deal, they'll always see the right price. Alternatively, you can always them invoice separately if you prefer.
Can I download orders?
Yes, all orders can be downloaded in csv format, with all the information you require.
Can I email my users?
Yes, when a user requests to order from you they're asked if they would like to be put on your mailing list. You can then download these user lists straight from your account.
