You won't need telling about the seriousness of the current coronavirus pandemic and it's impact across the UK and all our brewery partners are taking precautions to protect their teams and their products accordingly while trying to maintain a level of sales and service to keep their businesses operational in the long run.

As an online marketplace, where all our items are shipped from the producers, directly to customers, we are able to continue shipping, as long as our couriers are still working (which they are) and the producers are able to dispatch orders (which most are). If a producer is showing as available to buy on the site, they should be able to dispatch items at least twice during the week, so whilst orders may be slower to get to you due to their reduced team sizes and working hours, they are still being sent out as quickly as possible.

Our couriers continue to work extremely hard to get orders to you, however they have described their current volumes as "Christmas x2", and whilst they have staffed up their capacity accordingly, there may be some delays in transit too.

We've closed our London office and all our staff are working from home. As such we request that you contact us through the main office number 0208 004 6789, rather than use your normal account manager numbers and email us on the team email address: sales@eebriatrade.com so that we can best help you get new stock in a difficult time for everyone.
