Since we started out as homebrewers in 2001, we brewed what we liked to drink ourselves when we liked; no constraints, no fully automated brewing systems just great beer the way it should be. We’ve taken this ethos and applied it too our new brewery, same style gear and processes just on a grander scale.
All that is in our beer is water, yeast, malted barley and of course hops! We do not filter or pasteurise our beer either, we want you to enjoy them as how we think they should be served to you and that means fresh! #GIVEITBOTHBARRELS
