Suffolk craft brewery founded to brew English lagers in 2008. Now brewing a range of English and American style ales in kegs and cask too.

No compromise. We brew using only water, whole hops, locally malted barley and yeast. No chemicals, no preservatives. No sugar, no rice or maize as cheap alternatives to sugar. No high gravity brewing, no pasteurisation.
Our lagers are lagered (stored and conditioned) for at least four weeks after fermentation for optimum flavour, then triple cold-filtered for perfect clarity.
