From an overheated kitchen to a 10BBL brewing system, we are what everybody calls stupid. But we definitely prefer to define ourselves as ‘’ambitious’’. We are committed to the quality of our products and for that we are working like dogs to ensure our beers have the best flavours.
The brewery opened in December 2018, since then we’ve been selling our beers at local markets, spent days and nights bottling, brewing, delivering. We’ve organised a lot of events, hosted rock gigs between the tanks, and every step of our story is crazy. There’s a lot more to come, because, as you should know, it’s a long way to the tap as ACDC almost said. 3ienchs means 3 dogs but in reverse. It’s a familiar term to highlights our journey trough the beer world and our taste for punk music. Constantly looking for new challenges.
