Anomaly Brewing is a nano brewery based in Kingston Upon Thames, created by self taught brewery Adam Sutton.
We specialise in taking old, forgotten recipies from around Europe, particularly Belgian French and English styles, and rethink them with today's brewing techniques in mind. This includes new breeds of hops, new hopping methods, new styles of wild yeast and of course new brewing equipment.
