



Birrificio l'Olmaia

Set up at the end of 2004 in a beautiful farmhouse called “L’Olmaia” in Val D’Orcia, near Siena, Tuscany, this brewery started life as a small firm producing up to 300 litres per batch.

Throughout the year it six six types of beer, plus some special seasonal beers, all of which are strictly unpasteurized, unfiltered and re-fermented to bring drinkers a living product with all layers of complexity intact.
