Brewers Folly is an independent craft brewery based just outside of Wimborne, Dorset producing ales and lagers in small batches.
Eric, Dean & Rufus have been avid homebrewers for a very long time. Our Friend Adam from The Brew Shack, was upgrading his system, and we all thought why the hell not, so we purchased his 1.4 brewer barrel system for our adventure into commercial small beer production.
Almost one year later we were ready to start, and so our adventure has begun.
