The Bucha’s Dog brew co is a craft producer of kombucha and the first kombucha company in Northern Ireland. Our brewery is located in the fertile Lagan Valley region of Belfast city. Brewed by a botanist who home brewed kombucha for many years before the launch of the company in 2018.
The Bucha’s Dog produces authentically hand crafted kombucha in small batches from premium loose leaf teas, other selected botanicals and it’s own mother culture carefully nurtured for many years. It is low calorie, non-alcoholic, lightly effervescent and characteristically tart but not over bearing.
