Bude Brewery is a progressive and innovative independent brewery based in the breathtaking and award winning coastal town of Bude in North Cornwall. We are locally owned and operated, focusing on traditional ales with a modern twist and unique branding.
Bude Brewery was established in 2011 and after years of different management changes, re-branding and change of ethos. We soon began producing quality traditional ale with unique modern tweaks that truly show case the quality of products coming from idyllic Cornish coast line.
Our team is headed up by Liam Cook whose brews match the unique characteristics and beauty of the local landmarks they are named after. With such names like BlackRock with its roasted dark chocolate textures or SummerLeaze with its fruity summerful citrus aromas. All of our ales are brewed using fresh, traditional, high quality ingredients with traditional brewing techniques. Once brewed they have to embark on the long journey that is our quality control tasting process.
Our quality control process truly represents our love for great beer and Managing Director Thomas Rooke’s passion for quality and creativity. This means every bottle , Cask , Can or keg which leaves our brewery is of the highest quality. It’s not just a job for us, it’s a commitment to push the boundaries of brewing and try different things, in order to create that perfect product!
