Located in Bulboaca, Castel Mimi was founded in 1893 and is Moldova's first winery chateau. It underwent significant restoration in 2011, modernising its facilities while preserving its historic charm.
The 170 hectares of vineyards benefit from the Nistru River's climate, reducing the need for chemical treatments. The winery grows both international and indigenous grape varieties, such as Feteasca Alba and Viorica. Castel Mimi is committed to sustainability and reducing its carbon footprint.
