Collesi beers are artisanal Italian beers that are skilfully brewed in Apecchio in Italy’s Marche region. They have been created for those that seek to enjoy the best that life has to offer and they have been skilfully brewed to be perfectly matched with different foods.
Colllesi is brewed using the hard limestone water from Monte Nerone, which is one of Europe’s finest for brewing and especially suited to brewing Belgian Ales. Under the guidance of Marc Knops, Collesi beers are brewed to be perfectly balanced and true to the Belgian Trappist brewing traditions which are revered throughout the world, of which he is one of the foremost exponents. The barley is grown in the Collesi family’s own fields, and malted locally in the Marche region. A truly local brew with truly local ingredients!
