Founder Alex Lewis is a Michelin-trained chef with nine years of professional kitchen experience and four years brewing experience. He has combined the two skills to a form a beer focused purely on quality, flavour and season.
Earth Ale is a microbrewery that forages for wild ingredients; these are infused through our beers to create unique and bold flavours.
We follow a natural brewing method, using no fining agents making our beers free from artificial chemicals. All our beers are unfiltered and bottle-conditioned, allowing natural carbonation to form and complex flavours to develop through secondary fermentation.
