Gilt & Flint was born out of a love of organic farming practices and the highest quality ingredients. We believe amazing beer starts at the source. Filtered Devon spring water is used with 100% UK Organic grains and 100% organic hops to create classic and modern beer styles.
Based in the lush valleys of East Devon just a stone’s throw from the Jurassic Coast, we’re passionate about great beer and what we put in it. Our base at Haye Farm enables us to fully experiment with wild ingredients and create a circular ecosystem from production to waste to recycling.
