Established in 2012 by two friends. Tom, a former British Army Officer, and Bradley, a south South London Born and bred Restauranteur. Driven by a passion for good beer and the finest ingredients, the developed St.Reatham Beer, sold initially in Bradley's bar to the thirsty locals of Streatham Hill.
The Inkspot Strategy; A military term for establishing safe areas by influencing a large region with a relatively small force (in this case, a microbrewery), swaying opinion and spreading like inkspots on blotting paper until they eventually join up leaving only (thirsty) pockets of resistance.
