Le Rêveur is the result of a twelve-year journey, having made wine with some of the best producers in the world. Gavin has always loved the wines of Burgundy and in 2012, after working three vintages in the region, he was able to realise his dream; to buy top quality grapes and making a wine of my own.
Minimum intervention, carefully handled fruit, indigenous yeast and neutral oak have led to elegant, terroir-driven wines that show purity and finesse. Gavin hopes you enjoy sharing them as much as he has enjoyed making them.
