We’re a small independent brewery producing high quality beer from simple things - just great ingredients and the beautifully soft water we’re fortunate to have in Glasgow.
There are two of us - Phil and Ewan - and we're passionate about brewing well balanced beers with a sense of place and maximum drinkability. We explore less well known styles as well as crowd-pleasing favourites, but we avoid super-hoppy hype stuff. We look to the past for inspiration, but always with an innovative approach; we brew beer for the 21st century.
All our beers are vegan friendly, unfiltered, unpasteurised and naturally carbonated through re-fermentation.
