Jennifer was the former Q manager for Ringwood brewery, ex-pub landlady with Adnams and off-license manager. She decided in 2013 she was going to open a brewery of her own. Keen to use all her skills, she took a job at Town Mill Brewery to gain some hands-on experience, having attained her Diploma in Brewing in 2010.
Designing the Southbourne Ales brand whist cuckoo brewing, Jennifer won.a silver medal at the International Brewing Awards in 2015, giving her the gravitas to crowdfund, raising £280k to invest in renovating a listing building in Bournemouth Triangle and install a 20 BBL brewery, taproom, visitor centre and cinema. Brewing production started in early 2018 and has been given the accolade of Dorset's Best Brewer 2018.
