One day we sat on the Telegraph Hill debating about what we believed the key ingredients were in the perfect cider.
We all agreed, it had to be produced locally using only 100% juice from a balanced blend of a desert and cider apples, combined with the best wine yeast available, and it had to be dry. This was how Telegraph Hill cider was born.
