We are a 100% oak fermented and aged wild beer blendery based on Hogsback farm in Surrey using exclusively hops grown on the farm for all our beers ; Cascade, fuggles and a unique heritage hop : Surrey White Bine.
Our processes are absolute minimal intervention using centuries old methods borrowed from European artisan culture the blendery does not use electricity, gas or any harmful brewery cleaning chemicals and operates as ‘off the grid’ as possible.
