By manually harvesting the grapes, the passion of each person involved in the creation of Vinaria din Vale wines is transformed in an exceptional taste, which celebrates the individuality of each variety. The results share the story of creating the product, the company and the entire wine philosophy.
The Vale winery is, first of all, a family, which has values, traditions and appreciation for things well done, the love for winemaking being passed down from generation to generation. This passion began with grandfather Ilie, who was an accomplished artisan beekeeper and winemaker in Lunca de Prutului de Jos. He had a small vineyard behind the garden and every autumn he produced wine with the zeal of his hands and soul to share modestly with his friends and family. It was there, in the south of Moldova, the place with centuries-old traditions, that the Vale Winery took root.
