Zest Brewery has been borne from merging centuries’ old brewing techniques with progressive thinking to deliver a range of both traditional and innovative beers of outstanding quality in cask and bottle format.

The lessons learnt from our Oldershaw Brewery roots are being used to continue to look after our local customers, to start our mobile bar business offering both static pop up bars of various sizes and also a converted horsebox bar – Bar Zest – and to broaden our bespoke bottling capability.
