Owners, Anthony and David, formed Zulu Alpha Brewing in October 2018. Alongside working full-time day jobs and raising families, we have worked hard to develop our recipes, increase our quality and grow our business. We enjoy every minute of running our brewery, and truly value our loyal customers.
We want to contribute to the UK's craft beer movement and grow the community by giving people a choice to explore the infinite variety available in craft beer. We want to encourage appreciation not drinking; participation not just consumption, enhance enjoyment through knowledge by brewing beers that ignite the senses and stimulate conversation.
