His move into the cider business has been a steep learning curve, but its also great fun. George is out and about most weekends of the year sharing our great-tasting, traditionally-made cider with visitors to farmers' markets, farm shops, events and food festivals. And, of course, he has the arduous task of being in charge of our quality control sampling too! When he's not doing cider work, his other loves are cycling and hill walking.
