SOHO Lager was created by the deft hand of master brewer Fergal Murray using some of the very best hops and malted barley available in Britain and the European mainland. Fergal’s career as Guinness Master Brewer (1999-2013) secured his reputation as a leader in the brewing industry.
Premium British ingredients melded with noble hops from our European cousins for a flavoursome yet easy-drinking pilsner-style lager. Brewed in small batch with noble German & Czech aroma hops, unpasteurised and conditioned for four weeks.
