During a 12 months secondment to America in 2013, Anthony and Helena were inspired by the micro brewery scene in the US and set out to create their own unique beer. Their research led them to discover traditional African brewing techniques and recipes. The results of their product reflect a selection of enjoyable and authentic craft beers. ​
