Throughout the ages, Dragon’s Milk has been a term used to describe potent ales and elixirs worthy of celebration, a reward at the end of the journey. We are proud to be stewards of that ancient tradition today, hand crafting each batch of Dragon’s Milk in Holland, MI at New Holland Brewing Co..

Dragon’s Milk is brewed using the finest malts and water direct from Lake Michigan. It is then aged for three months in select bourbon barrels before being deemed worthy of the Dragon’s Milk name.
Roasted malt delivers notes of coffee and chocolate married with sweet undertones of vanilla and oak from a three month stay in bourbon barrels.
We are proud to share that Dragon’s Milk has lived up to its hype becoming the “#1 Overall Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout” and “#1 Overall American-Made Stout” in the USA. The best liquid in our house is now yours.
