In a craft beer world dominated by invariant Hazy IPA’s, Fruited Sour beers laced with ridiculous adjuncts & disgustingly sweet pastry Stouts, Wilful Beer instead chooses to brew pin focused, bright beer using only water, malted barley, hops & yeast. But don’t presume this makes us boring.
We utilise the latest hop technology in every beer we make, utilising products such as Yakima Chief Hops’ Dynaboost, Hyperboost & Cryo hop products, as well as anything else we can get our hands on, be that Terpenes and so forth. Our aim is to cram as much favour as possible into every beer we make. Hop saturation being of paramount importance to us.
