Stiff Tea is the UK's FIRST Hard Kombucha brewery. We blend together the best parts of craft beer and kombucha, shaped by our time in both industries. We brew kombucha and then referment it similar to a fruited sour style beer. Our brews are packed with premium teas, juices, purees and sometimes even hops, for big juicy flavours that finish light and drinkable.
We are all about putting flavour first, and we are perfect for curious drinkers and fans of fruited sours and ciders, radlers and Belgian beers, and of course traditional kombucha - all with the added bonus of being vegan and naturally gluten free.
