Hockley Brew Co is a collaboration between the University of Nottingham and one of the city’s most forward-thinking independent breweries. We exist to create Nottingham’s first truly independent lager — brewed in micro batches using state-of-the-art university facilities, informed by academic expertise, and driven by the creativity of the next generation of brewing talent.
