Welcome to Rockfield Spirits an exciting new distillery in the heart of Hereford cathedral city! A city known for its cider production and close proximity to the picturesque countryside.
Our distillery is situated on the grounds of a former cider mill once owned by the esteemed Boulton family. In 1840 the mill stood on ground formally known as Priory Meadow, an area steeped in Herefordshire's cider production. We are delighted to bring this History back to life, with a modern twist. Instead of cider barrels, we've embraced the art of distillation using copper stills and bottles - creating the taste of Hereford - Rockfield Spirits.
