In 2008, an artist and a farmer joined forces in Dunbar to become Scotland’s first cidermaker.
Real fruit, hand methods, plenty of maturation time and a few happy accidents create the unmistakably delicious flavour of Thistly Cross Cider.
From our cidery in beautiful East Lothian, we produce naturally sweet, handmade cider which is enjoyed and awarded all around the world. Founder Peter Stuart is still Head Cidermaker, creating a new Scottish cidermaking tradition with creativity and a love of traditional Scottish ingredients and methods.
