Brewheadz brewery was born from a shared vision of love and passion towards the world of beer and food and drinks in general. The four co-founders come from a rural part of Italy in the southern part of the Lazio region, where growing up have been naturally exposed to the magnificent ingredients the region has to offer, developing a common passion towards the importance of ingredients integrity and the development of flavours driven by simplicity and genuineness of products. After living in the UK for many years they developed a real passion towards the whole world of beer, mostly towards handcrafted ones using traditional methods made by small independent breweries. Captured by the artistic work made by brewers around the world, the four directors started brewing their own beers in their small kitchen in London, slowly conquering the knowledge to create perfectly balanced beers that would be highly recognised during awards and competitions. Gianni Rotunno (29) in 2014 enrolled in the most prestigious brewing course in Europe and started studying towards a Master in Brewing Sciences at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, while working full time in the Travel Industry. Previously Stefano Rotunno (35) graduated in Italy, holding a BA Hons in Agribusiness and has worked in the industry ever since. Giovanni Massa (33) and Vincenzo Conte (28), have worked for many years in the food industry, manufacturing and selling their own meat and vegetables in the Lazio region. When some years had passed, a lot of beers had been produced, and driven by their enthusiasm for handcrafted beer; they decided that the only option was to let everybody else enjoy what they are producing. Enjoy!
