For a country that is the world's biggest exporter of beer, the craft beer scene in Mexico is growing rapidly. New craft breweries are producing excellent award winning 'cervezas artesanales'. Formed in 2018, we set out to bring the best Mexican Craft beers to the UK, and change the perception of Mexican beer, showing that Mexico can produce excellent beers. We have started with 2 breweries, Loba from Guadalajara and Propaganda from Monterrey.
Loba Brewery:
Winner of the best medium sized brewery in Mexico in 2016, and winning several other awards in various categories Loba Brewery is located in downtown Guadalajara. They produce various styles from wheat beers, to porters, to lagers and IPLs and gose's using Mexican fruits.
Propaganda Brewery:
Propaganda Brewery is on the outskirts of Monterrey, a city nestled among several mountain ranges in the foothills of the Sierra Madre Oriental. They produce excellent hoppy beers from tropical IPAs to caramel and toffee Pale Ales.
