Located in the heart of the beautiful Meon Valley, we make a refreshing range of award-winning premium cider. Our philosophy is to aim for a more "wine-like" cider - clean, fruity with a dry tannic finish to suit modern tastes.
Set up in 2015 our ciders are crafted using our own and locally sourced apples from Hampshire and Sussex, together with bittersweet apples from the West Country. We use traditional methods using 100% juice from British apples, wild yeast fermentation and finished with a light sparkle to produce a range of delicious ciders.
All our cider is Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten-free.
