Description
A deeply hazed pale, celebrating hops from the new world. A trifecta of Phantasm, Kohatu & Wakatu. The Phantasm unleashes the aroma and flavour of the tropical stone fruits. Then Kohatu develops notes of crushed pine needles and Wakatu finishes the brew. The Wakatu, a cross breed of Hallertau but NZ style, then develops an earthy and sweet floral character. Layman's terms this is a tropical hazy pale with a balanced bitterness
