Fruition is our series of fruit forward mixed fermentation hazy sours, showcasing both locally sourced seasonal Scottish and exotic fruits. We aged our hazy sour over masses of locally picked super ripe and juicy, Aurora and Liberty Blue blueberries. Packed with oats and vibrant berries, this smooth and full bodied hazy sour bursts with the sweet, juicy, tart pucker of blueberry goodness. The perfect balance of sweet and tart. This is Blueberry Smoothie.
